TERMS & CONDITIONS  

  • By booking a treatment (either via the website or in any other way), the Client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.

  • These General Terms and Conditions apply to all statements, quotations, offers and services or bookings of GELLICIOUS and to all agreements concluded by GELLICIOUS, insofar as the agreement does not expressly deviate from these General Terms and Conditions in writing.

  • The agreement for a treatment between the Client and GELLICIOUS is established by booking a treatment, via the Website or via other channels.

  • When registering via the website, the customer must pay the full amount simultaneously with the (digital) registration and by means of payment via iDEAL/Creditcard/Debitcard. If the payment has not been made, GELLICIOUS will not keep the place in the agenda free for the customer.

  • If the Customer registers for a treatment via the Website, the Customer has the legal right to revoke this distance purchase within fourteen (14) days after registration. This means that the Customer can cancel the registration for the treatment without giving any reason.

  • The Customer may notify the withdrawal via the website or by sending an email to GELLICIOUS at nails.gellicious@gmail.com. In the event of withdrawal, we will refund the amount already paid to it for the treatment within fourteen (14) days after the cancellation to the account number indicated by the Customer.

  • The right of withdrawal referred to in article lapses if the treatment starts within the reflection period of fourteen (14) days. The right of withdrawal will then expire on the day that the first part of the treatment takes place. In this case, the Customer expressly waives any right of withdrawal.

  • The Customer is responsible for his/her own property and conduct. Except in the case of intent or gross negligence, GELLICIOUS is not liable for any damage to the Customer, or to the Customer's property.

  • GELLICIOUS is in no way liable for any consequential damage.

  • The liability of GELLICIOUS is in all cases limited to the amount that the Client has paid to GELLICIOUS, or, in the event of intent or gross negligence, the amount that GELLICIOUS has insured itself for with a (company) liability insurance.

  • GELLICIOUS will include the name, address and personal data, as well as the e-mail address and telephone number of the Customer in its address file for the purpose of organizing the treatment and to keep the Customer - if desired - informed about the offer from GELLICIOUS. This data is only provided to third parties if this is strictly necessary for the aforementioned purposes.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

 Individual Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask you to contact us 24 hours before your appointment. You can cancel your appointment online by logging into your account, by emailing me at nails.gellicious@gmaill.com. If you don’t cancel within that time frame, you will be charged 50-100% of your appointment. If you do not cancel and do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your service.

Group Cancellations:
For parties of four or more, simply let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if you need to cancel or change your plans. 

Groups of four or more who cancel without notice or fail to show will be charged the full price of services originally scheduled.
