How do I book an appointment? You can book directly online via the booking button on this website. Choose your service, pick a date and time, and complete your payment to secure your spot. Prefer to book via Instagram? Send a DM to @gelliciousnails.

Do I need to pay in advance? Yes — full payment is required at the time of booking. Due to limited availability, especially during the summer season, this helps us guarantee your spot. Your appointment is confirmed once payment is received.

How far in advance should I book? As early as possible, especially between June and September. The summer schedule fills up quickly. We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance during peak season.

What is your cancellation policy? We ask that you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50–100% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full amount. For groups of four or more, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

What nail services do you offer? Gellicious offers single colour gel, hand-painted nail art (Levels 1–4), BIAB (Builder In A Bottle), Aprés Gel-X extensions and pedicures. Home service is also available across Ibiza. View the full menu on the Services page.

What is BIAB and is it right for me? BIAB stands for Builder In A Bottle. It's a 100% gel-based treatment that strengthens and sculpts your natural nails — ideal if your nails are short, brittle or prone to breaking. It gives a natural look and is fully soakable. Starting from €65.

What are Aprés Gel-X extensions? Aprés extensions are high-quality, semi-permanent gel nails that are significantly thinner and more natural-looking than traditional acrylics. They're applied over your natural nail and soaked off the same way as regular gel polish. Starting from €95.

Can I choose my own design? Absolutely. Every design at Gellicious is hand-painted and completely customised to you. Browse the Nail Art gallery for inspiration, or come with your own ideas — the possibilities are endless.

How long does an appointment take? It depends on the service. Single colour takes around 45 minutes. Nail art levels range from 60 to 90+ minutes. BIAB and extensions take longer depending on the design added. You'll see the estimated time per service when booking online.

What products do you use? Gellicious works exclusively with The Gel Bottle for gel polish and Aprés for nail extensions. Both are professional-grade, high-quality products that deliver long-lasting results.

Will nail extensions damage my natural nails? Not when applied and removed correctly. At Gellicious, natural nail health is always a priority. Every treatment is carried out with care to protect your nails underneath the design.

How long will my nails last? Gel polish and BIAB typically last 3–4 weeks. Aprés extensions last 3–5 weeks depending on your nail growth and aftercare. Avoiding prolonged water exposure and using cuticle oil daily will help extend the life of your nails.
